Salzburg can offer a large range of high class hotels just a few minutes’ walk from Salzburg Congress. These hotels are a guarantee for a high degree of comfort and satisfaction amongst the guests at your event.
Our hotel services include the following services:
1. Reservation of individual bookings via the official Tourismus Salzburg GmbH. booking system. We are always happy to cater for the specific wishes of individual customers.
2. Reservation and administration of room continents for congress organisers to access various numbers of rooms on spec and for companies (participants, organisers, staff, etc.) as a group contingent.
3. Additional services (fee charged).

- Design for room order forms
Provision of an A4 form in pdf featuring your corporate logo for use on the event website. This form can be sent to Salzburg Congress by fax or e-mail for the purpose of reserving hotel rooms. Confirmation is then sent as required - via post, fax or e-mail.
- Online bookings via the TSG (Deskline/Feratel) booking system
Online link (Quick Finder) with more detailed descriptions of the selected hotels and the option for participants to book directly. Confirmation of registration is provided by fax or e-mail – according to details provided.
- Booking confirmation sent directly to the participant
Every participant receives booking confirmation with exact details about the hotel.
- Participant handling – Reservation support and customer-defined extensions including tourist info for the participant
Guests calling Tourismus Salzburg GmbH can be connected to the Congress Service Center to book rooms. Participants also receive tourist information on trips, leisure pursuits and various events and have the opportunity to extend their stay in a hotel or to arrange rooms with several beds.
- Compilation of reservation and booking lists
Just before the event is due to begin the organisers receive an overview of all hotel reservations made by participants via the Congress Service Centre.
Lists of names for block reservations (groups) or corporate events are forwarded to the hotels as are the records of individual special requests.
- Hotel invoices after the event
Organisers can decide on whether to receive direct full total invoices, separate billing for customers and organisers or complete invoicing via Salzburg Congress.
